Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Excelsior crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Excelsior address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Excelsior, MN kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Excelsior roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Removal in Excelsior isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Excelsior, MN, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Excelsior, MN so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Excelsior property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Excelsior call at a time.
The most expensive Excelsior restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Excelsior team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Excelsior crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Excelsior property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Excelsior, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Excelsior businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Excelsior get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
Every Excelsior job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Local staging inside Excelsior, MN means Excelsior response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Excelsior dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Excelsior crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Our Excelsior technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Excelsior work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
